These are standard fees that may apply to your residents during their payment experience through ResMan Payments.
- Pay by Bank: $3.95
- US Consumer Debit Cards: $4.95 to $9.95 (Max payment $10,000)
- Credit & Commercial Cards: 3% to 3.5%
- Mobile Wallet Methods: 3% (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay with Credit Card); $4.95 to $9.95 (Apple Pay with Debit Card)
- ACH – Most often included in per unit pricing. Refer to your agreement for custom pricing
- Electronic Cash Payments – Fee paid directly to the retailer at time of transaction. $4 or less based on retail location
